While tracking campaign deliverables is mostly an automated process through keyword matching, it's not always easy to guarantee 100% accuracy of reporting. Content that is relevant to a campaign does not always contain the right hashtags or keywords. Accuracy of campaign reporting however is critical to ensure that you can report on your overall performance.
Add a post to a campaign report
You can easily add a post to a report (e.g. an IG story or image showing the product without mentioning it).
Go to the Content tab of your campaign and find the post you want to include in your report.
Click on the Add post to a report option in the dropdown menu
You will be prompted to choose a report (e.g. among the available reports in your campaign) and keyword group.
Refresh your report
Once you're done adding any missing posts to your campaign report, you can go to your report and click Refresh to update the data in order to see all the latest posts and associated metrics.
