Benchmark data is "batch data" meaning it is uploaded in batches (month by month) and previous batches are not re-uploaded. The posts on Benchmark are not updated in real time and it is expected that when viewing the post on Benchmark, the engagement metrics will not align with the metrics as shown on TikTok, Instagram (or whichever channel the post was published on). Instead, the posts in Benchmark follow a refresh schedule.

Each month, Traackr will release your Benchmark data for the previous month's activity (for example, February data will be released in March). At the same time, we will also refresh the metrics of all the posts that were already captured for the previous 2 months (in March, we release February data and we refresh the post-level metrics for December and January's data).

That being said, post metrics in your campaign or report are updated on a regular cadence for the first 2 months of the post's life. (Use the Campaign Refresh option to trigger the updated metrics to be pulled through to your report). Whereas on your Benchmark dashboard, the metrics shown are frozen to the number of engagements the post had on the date that your data was captured.
