What can Members do?

Members are the main users of Traackr. They can:

  • Manage their own creator networks across campaigns and groups

  • Create and delete campaigns or groups

  • Be granted access to any campaign

  • Edit campaigns they have access to (add/delete creators, manage and engage with creators, create/edit reports, share campaigns)

  • Access Program Analytics reports on Social Performance and Spend Efficiency

What can Administrators do?

Admins have all Member privileges plus extra account management permissions. They can:

  • Access all campaigns in the account

  • Manage the full account creator network (including deleting creators from others’ networks)

  • Access account and security settings

  • Create and manage users and teams

What can Guests do?

Guests have limited, read-only access to campaigns they are assigned to. Guests cannot see:

  • Creator tags

  • Other campaigns a creator is part of

  • Creator notes

  • Social and email conversations

  • The search page

  • Groups

Who should be assigned as Administrators?

  • Keep the number of Admins limited to reduce security risks

  • Admins are best for users who need full account management or access to security and user management features

When should I use Guest access?

  • Use Guest access when confidentiality is critical

  • Guests only see the campaigns they are assigned to, without cross-campaign information

  • Ideal for agencies working with clients or external stakeholders who only need limited visibility
