FAQ: Manage Creator Relationship Stages in Traackr

Relationship stages track how influencers move from awareness to advocacy, helping you measure and manage engagement at every step.

What are the default relationship stages?

  1. Unaware – Influencer doesn’t know your brand (goal: get on their radar)

  2. Aware – They recognize your brand (goal: build rapport)

  3. Interested – You’ve started conversations (goal: create value)

  4. Engaged – You have a relationship (goal: activate through initiatives)

  5. Advocate – Influencer actively supports your brand (goal: build joint success)

Where can I see the relationship stages?
On the Influencers page at the account level, shown as a relationship funnel.

How can I update a relationship stage?

  • From the Profiles page, via the “Manage” button (single or bulk update)

  • From a Campaign, by bulk selecting influencers and using “Manage”

  • From an Influencer’s profile, via “Manage”

Updates are logged in the influencer’s profile activity history and visible across campaigns.

Can I customize the relationship stages?
Yes. Account Admins can:

  • Create up to 6 stages

  • Rename stages

  • Define stage qualifications and exit criteria
    (Customization is done in Account Settings → Funnel Settings)

Can I define engagement workflows for each stage?
Yes. Admins can document:

  • How to approach influencers at each stage

  • Actions to take to move them forward

  • Criteria for advancing to the next stage

This keeps the whole team aligned.

Can I filter influencers by relationship stage?
Yes, use filters to narrow down influencer lists, content feeds, or analytics reports by relationship stage in the table view.
