What are the default relationship stages?
Unaware – Influencer doesn’t know your brand (goal: get on their radar)
Aware – They recognize your brand (goal: build rapport)
Interested – You’ve started conversations (goal: create value)
Engaged – You have a relationship (goal: activate through initiatives)
Advocate – Influencer actively supports your brand (goal: build joint success)
Where can I see the relationship stages?
On the Influencers page at the account level, shown as a relationship funnel.
How can I update a relationship stage?
From the Profiles page, via the “Manage” button (single or bulk update)
From a Campaign, by bulk selecting influencers and using “Manage”
From an Influencer’s profile, via “Manage”
Updates are logged in the influencer’s profile activity history and visible across campaigns.
Can I customize the relationship stages?
Yes. Account Admins can:
Create up to 6 stages
Rename stages
Define stage qualifications and exit criteria

Can I define engagement workflows for each stage?
Yes. Admins can document:
How to approach influencers at each stage
Actions to take to move them forward
Criteria for advancing to the next stage

Can I filter influencers by relationship stage?
Yes, use filters to narrow down influencer lists, content feeds, or analytics reports by relationship stage in the table view.
