Why isn’t my MFA passcode working?
Make sure all Traackr tabs/windows are closed before entering the code. Having multiple open tabs can interfere with login.
MFA codes are time-based, so the device running your authenticator app (usually your phone or tablet) must have the correct date and time set.
Also, check that the system time on your computer is accurate.
How do I check my time settings?
On iPhone:
Go to Settings > General > Date & Time
Turn off Set Automatically
Tap Time Zone, enter your location, then select the correct result
On Android:
Open the Clock app
Tap More > Settings
To set home time zone: tap Home time zone
To show home time while traveling: turn on Automatic home clock
To auto-update: tap Change date and time and turn on Automatic date and time
