Definition of Cost & expected deliverables

Expected Deliverables - Number of deliverables you expect the creator to deliver for the campaign.

Individually: How to log cost/expected deliverables for each creator?

- Move your mouse towards the name of the creator.
- Click on the icon that pops-up

A. Content Fee/Boosted Costs (Related to payment made to creator or platform for the content posted)

B. Product Costs (Related to product seeding cost)

C. Other Costs (This can reflect differently for your account, depending on what your account admin has set up)

Bulk assigning of the same cost for all creators in the campaign?

Content Fee/Boosted Costs: It is not possible to do a bulk upload, it needs to be assigned individually for each creator respectively.

Product Costs/Other Costs:

- Tick on the icon located towards the left corner of campaign as highlighted below to select all creators.
- Or alternatively, you can simply tick on the rows of the creators you wish to select (If you are not assigning costs to everyone)
- Next, click on either the trolley icon or dollar note icon to assign the respective cost in bulk to creators you've selected.

Bulk assigning of the same expected deliverables for all creators in the campaign?

Click on the campaign settings button located towards the top right corner
(Depending your browser/dimension set, you may find campaign settings as a column with different icons at the right)

Click on "Deliverables"

This will set the same expected deliverables for all creators under your campaign.

  • Platforms(s) they will create content on

  • Type of posts

  • Number of posts by individual

  • Timeline for submitting posts for review and publishing, if applicable

*Creator will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the "review date" or "publish by" date of a deliverable if it has not yet been submitted or if the deliverable has been approved, respectively.

How to read the deliverables reflected in your campaign?

With the example above, it shows that 1 IG photo expected deliverable was set for Ardenne but no IG photo post was captured under the campaign currently.
