Traackr can only track a post once. Hence, if a creator chooses to edit their caption at any time after the post has been captured in the database, the changes will not be reflected in Traackr.
Tiktok age-restricted profiles or content(s)
1. Kindly note that age-restriction can be imposed on just the channel or also on the content level as well.
- A channel can be restricted but with content not restricted.
- A channel can be restricted and with content also restricted.
- A channel can be restricted and have a mix of both content restricted and not restricted.
*You will need to check for each content individually to identify.
2. Why are there restrictions?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further details as the restriction can be either due to certain restrictions set by creators on their profile or by Tiktok directly.
We will recommend for creators to reach out to Tiktok directly for assistance/advise.

4. Are there any alternatives to track them in Traackr?
You will not be able to upload age-restricted profiles and will have to reach out to us via support@traackr.com for upload assistance if it fits scenario B below.
A. Content is age-restricted - Traackr will not be able to track it.
B. Content is not age-restricted - Traackr might be able to track it (case-to-case basis).
In the event that content is trackable, we will be tracking the content, metrics, and description. However, there will not be any image thumbnail or video captured for their content.
We are unable to update the metrics of a post after its initial tracking.

Tiktok geo-restricted content(s)
1. TikTok posts are not being captured in Traackr due to geo-restrictions applied at the platform level.
These posts are not publicly accessible, which unfortunately means Traackr is unable to track them at scale.

Unfortunately, it can only be identified by others (not in your country) accessing the content or alternatively, you can try to access the content using VPN.
