Why can’t I open the link to join a brand’s community?

If you received a link to apply to a brand’s community but the page won’t load, don’t worry - this usually means you’ve already applied to collaborate with that brand in the past.

Why this happens

When you apply to work with a brand in Studios, you’re automatically added to that brand’s network in Traackr.

Because of this, you can’t submit the same application twice - you’re already part of their community

If a future campaign opportunity matches your profile, the brand will contact you directly with details and next steps. In other words, there’s nothing else you need to fill out, you’re already on their radar!

How to know if the link you received is for joining a community or a campaign

If you’ve received a link to join a brand’s community, it will usually look like this brandname.studios.traackr.com :

Example: traackrbeauty.studios.traackr.com

If your link looks like this, it means it’s an invitation to join their community (not a specific campaign) - and you can only apply once.
