Getting started with Studios, our creator portal

Studios by Traackr is a place to help you collaborate with brands more efficiently with the tools and secure environment to foster better, longer lasting brand relationships.

By creating an account in Studios, you will be able to:

  • Discover brands and partnership opportunities and apply to join

  • Save time by eliminating administrative work (say goodbye to manually screenshotting and sending your metrics!)

  • Streamline collaboration with brands during campaigns with briefs and

    tools for content submission, feedback, etc.

  • Control all your social accounts connections and remove them at any time

Create your Studios account

You can visit Studios’ registration page at studios.traackr.com/register to create your

account. Or, if you received a Studio’s invite email from a brand, click on the link in that email which will bring you to Studios and prompt you to sign up.

Next verify your email by clicking on the email you will have received from Studios and following the prompts.

You can now sign in using your email and the password you created.

Complete the onboarding process

Next you just need to connect one of your social accounts to verify your identity (we only check name and account type). Depending on if you received an invitation from a brand or visited the generic registration page, you'll see two different connection pages:

  1. With an invite you'll be asked to connect using the social account associated with your profile in Traackr

  2. Without an invite you'll be presented with a choice of social platforms

Note: This step is purely for ID verification (checking you are who you say you are) BUT connecting using either TikTok or Snapchat will also authenticate your account at the same time. Authentication is integrated with the verification for these two platforms which makes easier for you, and of course you can remove the

authentication at any time from your Studios account.

Click on your account or a platform and then on Allow on the next screen to complete the connection process.

The final step is where you can optionally select your main interests which will help brands contact you with relevant opportunities.

*If you signed up via a brand’s invitation, you'll also have to complete their onboarding questionnaire - a series of questions created by the brand that will help guide future collaborations such as product preferences, mailing address, etc. The information you provide here is only shared with the brand.

That’s it, you’re IN and on your way to greater brand partnerships! You land on the My Campaigns page which will be empty on your first visit.


Navigate Studios

Studios consists of three main sections:

  • My Campaigns: Access your active and past collaborations with brands

  • Opportunities: Search and apply to join brands’ network and campaigns

  • My Account: Manage your information and social account connections

It might look a bit empty when you first join but don’t worry - let’s now look at how you can use Studios to build new brand relationships or expand existing ones!

Discover new brand opportunities

In your Opportunities page, click on the Brands tab to look for brands of interest

to you. You can also filter by country in the top right to find opportunities close to you and apply to join their network if they are actively recruiting by clicking on Join.

You’ll see a Get Started button on their profile page whenever a brand is currently

accepting new creators. Click on it to trigger their onboarding questionnaire and

express your interest in being part of their community.

Note: If you’re already part of that brand’s network (everyone forgets sometime!) you’ll get a message after submitting the questionnaire confirming you’re already in the network, you’re ready to start collaborating!

Watch your inbox for an email confirming you’ve been accepted into the brand’s

network. Note that you won’t receive an email if the brand decides you’re not the

right fit at the moment. There are plenty of other opportunities for you out there!

Once you’ve successfully joined a brand’s network, you will be able to collaborate on

future campaigns.

Access campaign opportunities

A brand will publish creative briefs in Studios and invite you via email to participate in upcoming product launches, events, etc. Access all the campaigns you've been invited to in the Campaigns tab of your Opportunities page.

Click on the campaign in Studios or on the link in the email invite to access the creative brief. You’ll find all the relevant information about the campaign such as the concept, objectives, timeframe, expected deliverables, required hashtags or CTAs and other details. You can also email the brand directly from here if you have any

questions.

When you’ve determined that a campaign is a good fit for you, go ahead and accept the invitation by simply clicking on Accept at the top of the creative brief to express your interest.

The brand will be notified immediately of your interest in participating and will follow

up shortly with the next steps.

Manage social account connections

Your brand partners may ask you to connect your social accounts with Traackr. This is so that they can capture your Stories and their associated metrics in the course of a campaign and save you from having to send screenshots manually.

Connecting is very simple and only takes a few minutes. You can connect your

accounts from your account profile (My Account) in Studios which you can access by clicking on your profile picture at the top right of the page.

Simply follow the steps outlined in this help article to connect your social accounts.

Besides managing your social accounts, you can also from My Account edit the interests you selected during onboarding, manage your password, and delete your Studios account from My Information.
