Studios – Can’t Access a Link Sent by a Brand?

If a brand has sent you a Studios link and you're unable to access it, don’t worry! Below are the most common scenarios and what they mean.

If a brand sent you a Studios link and it’s not opening the way you expected - don’t worry! 😊

This usually happens for one of two reasons. Let’s walk through them together.

1. You Received a Brand Network Link (Not a Campaign Link)

If the link looks like this:

brandname.studios.traackr.com
Example: traackrbeauty.studios.traackr.com

This means the brand invited you to join their creator network, not a specific campaign.

What you’ll see

When you open the link, you may be redirected to your My Campaigns page:

Why can’t you access the form

This usually happens because you are already part of the brand’s community/network. Once you’ve joined a brand’s network, you won’t be able to apply again through the same link.

If the brand has a campaign that matches your profile, they will contact you directly.

No further action is needed on your side.

Note: You can only apply to work with a brand once, because after applying, you are automatically added to their network.

2. You Received a Campaign Link

If the link looks like this:

brandname.studios.traackr.com/campaign/campaignname
Example: traackrbeauty.studios.traackr.com/campaign/summer-skincare-event

This is a direct link to a specific campaign. If you can’t access the campaign brief, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Possible reasons

  • You were removed from the campaign after the link was sent

  • The campaign brief is not currently accessible

  • The social channels linked to your Traackr profile may not match

What to do next

We recommend reaching out directly to your brand contact to confirm whether you are still included in the campaign.

  • If you are no longer in the campaign, the brand will need to add you back in order for you to regain access.

  • If you are still part of the campaign, the brand should verify that:

    • The campaign brief is properly published/accessible

    • Your linked social accounts in Traackr are correct

I hope this helps to clarify! Thank you for reading!
