A brand you're working with has invited you to sign up to their payment portal so they can send you secure payments directly from Traackr, their Influencer Marketing Platform. This means you will get paid faster at the end of or during a collaboration.
This short post explains how you'll be able to do this.

Receiving an invite

When a brand invites you to sign up to receive payments from them, an email is automatically sent to you to start the setup process. The email is coming from Trolley which is the payment platform used to facilitate payments from the brand to your account. Click on "Set up my payment preferences".

Setting up your account

You will be directed to the brand's payments portal where you will be able to sign up by providing your contact information and payment details.

Confirm your account

First you will be asked to confirm your account by verifying your email address.

IMPORTANT! You have to make sure the email address you use throughout this process is the same email address that is attached to your profile in Traackr otherwise the payments won't go through. If in doubt, ask your brand partner before continuing with the setup process. If a third party (agent, etc.) is managing payments on your behalf, they'll need to use your email address as is recorded in Traackr too.

Set up your payout method

Fill in the General Information form with your contact details* and click 'Next'.
โ€‹*Again, please make sure you're using the same email address as the one in Traackr and note that this field is case sensitive so it must be exactly the same.

Enter your bank account details and click 'Add'.

Voila! You're now all set to receive payments from your brand partner directly to your bank account.
