What is Traackr Studios?
Studios by Traackr is a creator platform designed to help creators like you connect and collaborate with brands more efficiently. Whether you're looking to discover new opportunities or strengthen long-term partnerships, Studios offers a secure and streamlined environment to manage these interactions.
How does Studios help creators?
Studios allows you to:
Discover brand opportunities and campaigns that align with your interests.
Build long-term relationships with brands by joining their communities.
Receive and manage campaign offers in a centralized, secure space.
What types of invites can I receive?
There are two main types of invitations that creators may receive from brands through Studios:
1. Brand invite
What it is: An invitation from a brand to join their private community or network within Studios.
If you’ve received a link to join a brand’s community, it will usually look like this brandname.studios.traackr.com:
Example: diageo.studios.traackr.com
What it means: While it’s not a direct campaign offer, it allows the brand to review your profile for potential future campaigns.
How to access:
If invited, you’ll receive a link to join the brand’s Studios. You will simply need to create a Studios account (if you don't already have one) and complete the onboarding process for the brand who invited you (usually answering a few questions to help guide future collaborations).
2. Campaign invite
What it is: A direct invitation from a brand to participate in a specific campaign.
How it works: These are sent via email only if a brand has determined you’re a good fit for a current campaign opportunity. The brand may also send you a direct link to their creative brief which is the same thing and will look like brand.studios.traackr.com/campaigns/campaignname.
Once you're invited to a campaign, you can always find it and any others you've been invited to in the Campaigns tab of your Opportunities page in Studios.
When you’ve determined that a campaign is a good fit for you, go ahead and accept the invitation by simply clicking on Accept at the top of the creative brief to express your interest. The brand will be notified immediately of your interest in participating and will follow up shortly with the next steps.
Do I need an invite to join Studios?
No. While some creators receive direct invitations from brands, anyone can sign up for Studios at https://studios.traackr.com/register and apply to join a brand's network by browsing the Brands tab in your Opportunities page. Any brand that is actively recruiting will have a Join button you can click on to start the application process.
