If you need to merge multiple creator profiles into one, or split an existing profile, you can submit a request directly to our team. The process depends on the number of profiles involved.
Fewer than 20 creators (one-off requests)
For smaller requests, please complete the form below. Our team will process your request within 1–2 business days.
More than 20 creators
For larger requests involving more than 20 creators, please use our bulk template. Copy the template and share the completed file with our team for processing.
Once completed, you can submit the template via our chatbox or send it directly to support@traackr.com.
Managing Incorrect or Missing Creator Channels
If you notice that a creator has an incorrect channel attributed to their profile, you can flag it for review. If a creator is missing a channel, you can add it directly from the Footprint tab on the creator’s profile. Detailed instructions are available in the same article (How do I flag incorrect information or missing channels on a creator profile?) under the “An influencer is missing a channel” section.
