MFA: Incorrect Verification Code

If you are receiving an Incorrect Verification Code message, please follow the steps below.

Please reach out to support@traackr.com with the email you are trying to log in with and cc an account Admin who can verify the request is legitimate. This verification step helps protect your team’s data and prevents unauthorized access from anyone posing as one of your users.

Once we receive your confirmation, we will reset the authentication and restore your access to Traackr.

To ensure the reset process runs smoothly, we recommend that you install Google Authenticator. This will help avoid compatibility issues that may occur with other authentication apps.

Next, ensure that all previous Traackr codes are deleted from your Authenticator app.

Then, please try setting up MFA once more using the Google Authenticator app (not your phone’s camera app) to scan the QR code. This should ensure the generated codes are recognized correctly.
